Subscription Service

Our subscription service automatically delivers products based on the subscription cycle selected by the customer.
Unless cancelled, the subscription will renew automatically.

The initial payment date serves as the starting point for all future billing cycles.

Payment Terms

  • The first payment is charged at the time the initial order is placed.

  • All subsequent payments are automatically charged on the date calculated by adding the selected subscription cycle (in weeks) to the initial payment date.

  • Accepted payment methods are limited to those specified on our checkout page.

Billing Date Examples

To help clarify how billing dates are calculated, please see the examples below:

   Example  (4-week cycle):
   - Initial payment date: January 1
   - Next automatic payment: January 29 (4 weeks later)

Billing dates are calculated strictly by week-based intervals, not by calendar months.

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, the shipment may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled.

Subscription Cycle & Changes

Customers may manage their subscription via their account page, including:

  • Changing the next delivery date

  • Changing the subscription cycle

  • Updating the shipping address

  • Updating the payment method

All changes must be completed at least ONE days before the next scheduled automatic payment date.
Changes made after this deadline will apply from the following cycle.

Cancellation & Skipping

Cancellation/ pause/ skipping

Subscriptions may be cancelled, paused, or skipped through the customer account page.

  • Cancellations must be completed at least ONE days before the next automatic payment date.

  • Once a payment has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

  • Subscription orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • In the case of defects or errors, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

We reserve the right to modify the following with prior notice:

  • Product pricing

  • Advance notice before an automatic payment

  • Payment and shipment confirmations

  • Payment failure notifications

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription without prior notice if:

  • Payments fail repeatedly

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

  • We determine continued service to be inappropriate
